Attention! I did not, I repeat, I did not go to the RWMF. D@mn AH1N1 scare, I couldn't get myself someone to drag along. Sigh~ It's okay though, I managed to sell the a couple of tix, and treated myself to an impromptu shopping. Nothing fancy, just some beauty products and treating some family & friends Sushi King & Pizza Hut.After some delish sushis at The Spring, I added some more calories with Sugar Bun's vanilla cone. Halfway through, I noticed a hole in my cone.
"What a rip off!, " I told Ezam♥.
Then he sheepishly answered,"Just now at The Spring, when you told me to hold ur cone for a sec, I was so cold that I crushed a hole in it."

Is This My Big Break? (Final Part)

It is!!
I've won myself two 3-day passes to Rainforest World Music Festival 2009! How so?
I entered a MIX.fm SMS contest last 2 weeks, not expecting anything, because the 1st SMSer with the correct answer will be the winner and I thought,"What are my odds? Oh, just for the fun of it."
Then a week later, I received an SMS that I won those tickets worth almost RM500! Yikes!
Looks like my almost 24/7 internet radio streaming paid off big time.
I'm supposed to pick the tickets at Astro in Bukit Jalil (I had a tough time searching for this info), but as I'm in Sarawak, astro sent the tix by courier. Those babies finally arrived home today.

6 tix, each worth RM90 individually.

3 days of Rainforest World Music Festival.

But still, I'm not sure if I'm going to all of the events RWMF has in store. It would be fun to go to all three, but must be tired as hell 'cause there are so many shows & workshops and suppose to end late everynight(I've seen the list of showtimes). I MIGHT go to one or two, and then maybe give the rest to my sister?

Is This My Big Break? (Part 1)

Moodly-speaking, I wasn't really on the perky side these last two weeks. I think everybody has these feelings popping up once in while, when you sit back and evaluate what you had been through versus what "other people" had been through, and thus, the results of those actions. Sometimes I say that life is definitely unfair but deep inside our hearts it hurts, and I start questioning why do some people have it so easy, or at least easier than myself. People will say,"everything happens for a reason"..yeah2, tell me about it..but sometimes when THAT reason never comes, what now? This sucks.

Okay, now for a little juice.

Last Wednesday, I received a surprising SMS. Or shall I say, exhilirating, super duper, out of nowhere, something that I needed for a long, long time SMS. Still don't get it? That SMS made my heart jumped (in a good way btw) a.k.a. I don't believe it! Is this really happening? Please God, don't make this as a cruel joke.
